Film Screening: “The Climate Restorers: Episode 1”

Mark your calendars! May 14th, 6:30pm at Brickworks in Friday Harbor

Do you feel overwhelmed and distressed about the current climate situation, but don't know where to start with solutions? Many people grapple with climate and eco-anxiety daily, feeling overwhelmed by the challenges and the lack of viable solutions.

On May 14, 2024, The Madrona Institute is partnering with The Climate Restorers series to screen the first episode of “The Climate Restorers” film series. Instead of dwelling solely on the problems, each episode dives into the best available solutions through cutting-edge science. You can watch the trailer for the first episode, focused on methane, above.

Join directors John Bowey and Phoebe Barnard to discuss the film and engage in post-screening reflection. Admission is by donation, so mark your calendars and join us on May 14th at 6:30pm at Brickworks in Friday Harbor. Refreshments & yummy snacks will be provided!

RSVP's are encouraged but not required, visit the screenings page here.

We can’t wait to see you there!
